South Fork Lodge
This Western-style log lodge is beside one of America’s prime fly-fishing waterways, the Snake River, and is a favourite of serious fishermen. Its conservationist owner, Mark Rockefeller, has preserved the lodge’s all-American feel, from walls hung with moose-heads to hearty local food and big log fires.
