This tiny pensión in the foodie heaven of San Sebastián has immaculate, comfortable rooms, just two minutes’ walk from the famed ‘pintxo’ bars. Facilities are limited, but manager Aritz is incredibly helpful and enthusiastic about the Basque city, which is 2016’s European Capital of Culture.
