A welcome change from Ghana’s overpriced and often soulless beach resorts, this stylish ‘hotel de charme’ was created by Belgian designer Paul Ramlot, who turned 24 acres of palm groves into a micro village of earthy thatched lodges and romantic island villas overlooking a lagoon-like bay.
