Quinta da Bela Vista
This hotel, built in 1844 as a sugar cane farm and still in the same family, is elegantly decorated, with one of the largest collections of English antique furniture outside Great Britain. Wisteria adorns the old façade, which overlooks a lovely swimming pool and the Bay of Funchal beyond.
