Donald Trump has created ‘Las Vegas-on-Sea’ in sleepy South Ayrshire with his toupee-to-toecap refurb of the famous golfing hotel. It’s all chandeliers and gold taps, but the rooms are comfortable if over the top, the service is first class, the golf exceptional, and the views quite simply divine.
